Connie Little and Larua Cruz (“Little Cruz”) – You Should be Ashamed of Yourselves; Assisting and Abetting Brian Padgett’s Reckless Behavior is No Way to Live Your Lives

Just in case you’ve turned a blind eye, “Little Cruz”, Brian Padgett is millions of dollars in debt, screwed elderly investors out of millions of dollars as well, not to mention all the employees that I’m sure at one time you were face to face with and saw on a daily basis. Do you have any dignity or pride?

Just remember, the difference between the Titanic and CWNevada was that the Titanic had a band playing when it went down. All that Padgett has is “Little Cruz”, which I have affectionately nicknamed the two of you.

How could Laurel Cruz (a k a – Laurel Cruz-Esau – who, by the way, made donations to then-candidate and now Gov. Steve Sisolak, just like her boss, Las Vegas attorney Brian C. Padgett), and Connie Little work for a low-life drug user like Padgett and maintain any shred of dignity or respect?

Not only is Padgett intimately tied to the untimely and tragic death of a woman he was with when she died — 38-year-old Katie Howard — his office is in foreclosure; it is my understanding that he is struggling to keep the house he rents on Liege Drive in the exclusive community of McDonald Highlands afloat and continue the façade and the masquerade game he plays on a daily basis. This leopard, like every other leopard, doesn’t change his spots.

These women should know about Padgett’s behavior. It’s very well detailed on this site as well as at briancpadgett.net. The evidence of his reckless and dangerous behavior is well documented. For them to continue to engage with Brian Padgett and be a part of his ongoing enterprises in destructive daily living condones that behavior, and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Just scroll down and read the stories here, girls. Get a clue. Don’t be clueless women being used by a dangerous man like this. And make no mistake, Padgett is dangerous. Just read below about the way things wound up for one of his acquaintances, Katie Howard. Walk away, or be ready for whatever comes your way.

NOTE: We have been told by several sources that Brian Padgett has hit rock bottom, has no car, and Laurel Cruz is his primary means of transportation – she picks him up and drives him around everywhere.

Deeper Dive Into Brian Padgett’s Political Contributions Shows Much More Than Our Initial Discoveries, Thanks to Our Readers

PUBLISHER’S NOTE: Please scroll down to see our highlighted graphic.

We had researched the contributions that Brian Padgett, Bar No. 7474, has made and documented what we found in yesterday’s post; but they go WAAYYYYY deeper than we initially thought.

Thanks to information brought to light after yesterdays’ post another $154,000 in political donations by Brian Padgett have been uncovered. Add that to the $348,972.85 we reported on yesterday and that adds up to more than a half million dollars Padgett has donated — $502,972.85 to be exact. And there may be more. Thanks to our visitors to the website, we’ve unearthed tens of thousands of dollars more in contributions Padgett has made through what are apparently shell companies that he had set up just to spread the wealth around politically in order to donate more money.

For example:
• An additional $65,000 contribution to Gov. Steve Sisolak
• An additional $10,000 contribution to Sheriff Joe Lombardo
• An additional $10,000 contribution to Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford
• Thousands in additional contributions to District E County Commissioner “Tick” Segerblom

And that’s just a handful. See the highlighted graphic for much more in additional contributions we’ve found, below.

Outside of the massive donations Brian Padgett has given to the Coalition to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol, Gov. Steve Sisolak seems to have been a particular favorite for donations.

The additional $65,000 we found contributed to Gov. Sisolak plus the $31,500 we reported yesterday adds up to nearly $100,000 in political contributions donated to Steve Sisolak — $96,500 to be exact. And those are just monetary donations. Padgett has also been involved in organizing and executing events that would also help raise money. Those are known as in-kind contributions. We’ll have more on that in a later post.

The question of quid pro quo HAS to come up, in our opinion. That’s despite Gov. Sisolak’s recent harder line on regulating the marijuana industry in Nevada.

For now, however, take a look at the following additional documentation of Padgett’s financial contributions that were uncovered:

Brian Padgett Political Contributions, Marijuana Licenses Granted, No Charges Filed in Henderson in Drug Use that Results in Death of Katie Howard

I am asking Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak and Nevada state Attorney General Aaron Ford as well as the Coalition to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol to return contributions from admitted cocaine user, Brian C. Padgett, Nevada State Bar No. 7474, who clearly was at the center of attention on the day of Katie Howard’s death on June 25, 2017.

An open question to Gov. Sisolak and AG Ford: How did this man, Brian Padgett, get a Nevada state privileged medical marijuana license to begin with?  I would like to point out that the date recreational marijuana became legal in Nevada was July 1, 2017.  Katie Howard’s death on June 25, 2017 preceded that legalization date by only a week. And, as you’ll hear below in the Henderson Police Department interview, Padgett admits to them that he owns a licensed marijuana company (medical).

Anyone with an ounce of common sense can clearly see that Brian Padgett was involved in regular cocaine use and openly admits it. If for no other reason than moral turpitude, two of the highest officials in the state of Nevada after the death of Katie Howard should eagerly want to distance themselves from this cocaine user who is in the center of millions of dollars of lawsuits and who — in my opinion, after ripping off a 65-year-old and 75-year-old of $1.2 million just a few months ago — is involved in a clear case of elder abuse.

Anyone having doubts, all you need to do is click below and listen to the 911 call and the actual Henderson Police Department recorded interview with Padgett on the day Katie Howard died.

911 CALL THE MORNING OF KATIE HOWARD’S DEATH

POLICE INTERVIEW BRIAN C. PADGETT

And by the way, does anyone find it curious that the Henderson PD charged no one in the events surrounding Katie’s death? No charges – not even a simple possession of cocaine charge after Brian Padgett admitted to using it and possessing it?

I am sure the politicians and other Clark County officials and entities would have no problem returning contributions received from Brian Padgett and his various entities, which totaled $348,972.85, according to Nevada Secretary of State records.

Below, I have listed the sitting governor, Steve Sisolak, the Nevada attorney general and the Coalition to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol, just to mention a few who accepted Padgett’s contributions. Below this list is a much longer and complete list showing all of Padgett’s political contributions in the state of Nevada, sorted by most recent at the top of the list. First and foremost, however:

Brian Padgett, Las Vegas Lawyer, Bar No. 7474

Brian, you can run, but you can’t hide. I’m everywhere. I’m all around.

I know what you’ve done. I know who you’ve fleeced. I know, literally, where the bodies can be found.

And I will not be silent.
